Thanksgiving is one of my all time favorite holidays of the year. I just love having this time with my friends and family to break bread over the dinner table and have good conversation. It's the memories the form during this day that I hold so dear to my heart and cherish always. But I would be lying if I didn't say that perhaps my second favorite part (ok it's almost a tie hehe) of Thanksgiving is all the delicious food!
But with this massive feast comes the day after Thanksgiving food coma and extra three pounds. Now I'm not partial to a Thanksgiving day work-out ... I think it's one of those days you should give yourself off to just relax and enjoy your company and festivities. However, that post Thanksgiving food coma is hard to forget ... which is why I was so excited to find a cute Thanksgiving fitness game on Self.com.

1.) Lunge around the dinner table to place name cards.
2.) Do a jumping jack whenever some says "Happy Thanksgiving."
3.) Hold a plank while thinking about what you're thankful for this year.
4.) Do bicep curls with the turkey before putting it in the oven.
5.) Practice tree pose (a one-legged balance) during every musical performance on the Thanksgiving Day Parade
6.) Do 10 sit-ups for every house you see that already has Christmas lights up.
