Less For More Workout

When it comes to exercising, for me efficiency and a "less is more" or should I say a "less for more" attitude is what I abide by.  I enjoy doing shorter workouts that are more effective and productive.  I'm not usually a multi-tasker, but when it comes to working out I love an exercise routine that quickly effect multiple areas of the body.

That's why I love this short routine below from Women's Health Magazine.  "This routine will help you multitask your way to a better bod with a set of super effective two-in-one toning exercises."

You should check out Zuzana Light on YouTube. She has a ton of short, but high intensity workouts on there :)
