Total Body Tightening Pilates Routine

I found this great total-body tightening Pilates routine over at Women's Health Magazine.  It's a great short workout that really makes you feel the burn.  It combines cardio and strength training with Pilates to help assist with weight loss and toning.  Thought I would share it!
