I am always looking for new and fun ways to exercise. Me and exercise are not a match made in heaven, so I take any opportunity to try new and inventive ways to feel the burn. When I was browsing through Shape Magazine online the other day I saw the Shape Magazine Fat-Blasting Rebounding Routine.
This routine looked like so much fun because it is done on a mini exercise trampoline. Moreover, this trampoline based cardio plan has you burn 230+ calories in 25 minutes ... not too shabby and definitely time effective!

The best part is that buying a trampoline to do this type of work-out is very inexpensive. Target sells its Target Mini Trampoline for just $30.19.

Wow! Doing trampoline workout enables you to burn fats, strengthen your core and improve your balance. Thank your for sharing that wonderful video. My little nephews love it but what they got is a 12ft trampoline with enclosure.
