I really enjoy all the youtube yoga videos by Sadie Nardini. She has a real poise and calm demeanor, while still being extremely engaging in conducting her yoga practice.
I also appreciate that she has a few really good 10-15 minute routines that I can wake up to and really feel good about getting my day started.
It may be bikini season, but the smoldering summer heat wave has got me wanting to stay in doors when exercising. And being the procrastinator that I am, I have the tendency try and find a reason to "skip" my daily workout. But I think I can handle 10 minutes of pain, to feel refreshed and reinvigorated as I head into my day.
